Westchester CLARO is run by Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV). For help with a consumer debt case please contact LSHV’s intake hotline at (877) 574-8529, to be screened for eligibility.
We recommend you come to CLARO as soon as you become aware that there is a case against you. CLARO can help pro se litigants with various stages of their case.

A complete copy of your court file, which you can get from the Clerk’s Office
Any court documents you have
Any other documents relating to your debt
A government ID, in case there is a need to notarize a signature
