Staten Island CLARO operates out of the Richmond County Civil Court House located at 927 Castleton Ave, and clinics are appointment-only. Please call the CLARO hotline (929-388-0885) on Mondays from 12pm-2pm for more information on scheduling an appointment.
We recommend you come to CLARO as soon as you become aware that there is a case against you. We can provide assistance at various stages of the legal process, including before you file an answer and after a judgement has been entered against you.

First and Third Tuesday of each Month, 2 P.M. – 4 P.M.

A complete copy of your court file, which you can get from the Clerk’s Office
Any court documents you have, including the summons and complaint
Any other documents relating to your debt
A government ID, in case there is a need to notarize a signature
Due to the high volume of visitors, CLARO cannot guarantee that everyone will be seen, and we recommend you sign in as early as possible.
